Full Refresh mission

I'd love it if we were able to create missions that could max a player's food, water, CCFP, stamina, and sleep bar. Or at least one that would max their sleep bar. I'd make a no-drop item that players could win or earn, that would fill their stats (or at least sleep bar) when they examined it.
Right now, we can create a mission that gives sleep powder, but it would be great to have the options mentioned above.
