What does the log say? Usually, when there's lag log messages will be printed. Increasing RAM could solve the issue.

By "disable", do you mean that the tree should be removed and be replaced by grass (or mycelium or whatever it is standing on)? Because, just disabling the replant will make the shrivelled tree remain forever. Well, I can do that, and put it in the Awakening server mod, it has all kinds of features ...

On Awakening we had mostly problems with oaks and willows killing off surrounding trees while spreading at the same time, causing large areas to be covered by only oak and willows. So we blocked oaks and willows from spreading at all, and backed all trees to the original map when the server started....

That shouldn't be too difficult to make, but I'm unsure what would happen to the ecology of trees and forests. You would have to increase tree spreading quite a bit.

You need to set the correct data for the unfinished item, and the wand doesn't have access to the real template parameter for the unfinished item. You need a mod for this, as far as I can tell, but I may be wrong.

Hello Batta! No, actually, it's when normal players with fairly good repair skill is repairing any normal steel items with damage, the QL doesn't decrease. Yes, to post new threads in client mods you need to be a member of the modders group. All you need to do is to apply for membership, but I'll add you to the group now. I don't think this post is a mod though, more a guide :)
