Forum changes and updates

In this topic is posted changes and updates for the forum.
- Changed forums structure, all forums are now listed on the board index, except individual modder forums. This makes it easier to find topics.
- Updated style, new header logo by Angie, new colour theme.
- Changed icons and smilies to dark theme, added a number of extra smilies
- Quotes gets an old paper background and serif font.
- Installed spoiler extension, to add the spoiler tag for hiding content.
- Added groups for content sharing forums, updated permissions accordingly.
- Added ranks.
- Added "Advanced BBCode Box", with more UI for formatting messages.
- Changed layout, moved users to left side in threads, and replaced online-icon with a green dot.
